I teach a dynamic class that is lighthearted and accessible to all, with a strong concentration on the breath and alignment. I enjoy building somatic patterns that both allow you to move freely through shapes and connect with the nourishment brought by each individual pose. I encourage body awareness to facilitate self-discovery, learning, and embodiment. I take the practice seriously, but myself, not so much! 

Students are gently cued on shape, form, and breath. I create a container designed for participants to experience and integrate their somatic awareness in a fun, immersive context, leaving centered and attuned.

I facilitate yoga experiences with particular attention to alignment and feeling awareness, while encouraging each student to follow their intution. I see yoga as a moving meditation - connecting with breath, developing fluidity, marrying breath to movement, and movement to music.
